59. Feeling Vulnerable With Other Women & Being Authentic In Your Journey Of Allowing More Vulnerability In Your Life

In this episode of The Women’s Vibrancy Code, Maraya discusses why it’s important for everyone (but women especially) to allow themselves the feeling of being vulnerable in their lives – but also how to achieve an authentic version of vulnerability unique to each individual.

On a trip recently, Maraya had a conversation with women on 2 separate occasions and they said they would rather swim with a SHARK than be vulnerable with other women. So what do we fear? If we expose ourselves, we will lose love, respect, and acceptance. For some reason, especially in groups of women, there are old stories, old trauma that shows up around losing love, respect and acceptance. Yet, true emotional connection requires honesty and trust.
