55. Sleep (Part 1): How Insomnia Is Impacting Your Well Being

In this episode of The Women’s Vibrancy Code, Maraya discusses the true power of sleep and how insomnia can affect you way more than just being “tired.”  In fact, most women are having that 2am to 4am wake up when their mind is buzzing, but their body feels exhausted. Other women find it hard to go to sleep, or are waking multiple times per night.  If you’re thinking that maybe you can’t lose weight, not putting on the same amount of muscle mass that you used to, or perhaps your confidence, energy and sex drive is down – it’s probably because of a lack of sleep. Sleep is when your body is allowed to rest, digest and assimilate.
